Best in American Living Gold Award (2002)
BALA, the country’s foremost design competition for residential housing, judges entries not only on appearance, but also scrutinizes interior floor plans, how the project relates to its own local market, and the construction techniques and materials used to build it.

Grand Award – BEST OF THE WEST – Gold Nugget (2001)
The oldest and largest program of its kind, the Pacific Coast Builders Conference honor creative achievements in architectural design and land use planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Gold Nugget winners share one common denominator: excellence and innovation in addressing complex design/build issues.

Pacesetter Award (1996)
Presented by Custom Home magazine, this award was presented to the company in 1996 for their outstanding systems in providing their clients a superior design process.
