Gaynell Green
Controller
Gaynell is a Certified Public Accountant and joined the company in 1994 moving from the company’s accounting firm. Her expertise in job cost accounting assures our clients accurate information.
Elaine Chavis-Parod
Office Manager
Elaine is in charge of accounts payable, insurance documentation and works with Gaynell issuing the company’s purchase order. Elaine joined the company in 2008.
Don Lytton
Construction Manager
Don has been with the company since 1998 and has been recognized by Professional Builder magazine as one of the top construction managers in the United States. Don has been recognized by the Greater Austin Home Builders Association as Superintendent of the Year.
Clint Small
Construction Superintendent
After graduating Vanderbilt University and after attending the LBJ School of Public Affairs, Clint owned and operated his own business in Austin for several years before joining the company in 2006.
Malcolm Dooley
Assistant Superintendent
Malcolm was born in Austin and graduated from McCallum High School and has been with the company since 2007.
Brian A. Bailey
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin(BBA ’76) and the University of Houston (MBA ’78) Brian started his career in the homebuilding industry in Austin in 1979 after a short career in the banking industry in Houston. (see Background for more information)
